     The depency of the countries of science and technology that approached from the industrial countries Euro-America and East Asia(Japan and Korea).The constructive countries not just need the alms,loan and investment from these countries,but they depends on the technology and science that is resultant from these wealthy countries.with depency or the comfortablity to get (this mean the import with delay payment)technology from the west,which means the development of science and technology will be stunted.
